Welcome to Christie Park for a Spirit FC matchday! Please see below for all relevant information relating to your upcoming fixture.
Address: 12 Christie Rd, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 / (click here for the Google Maps link)

Change rooms:
Change rooms are available for Field 1. These include toilets, showers, benches, water taps, and electrical ports.
It is an expectation that visiting teams leave the away changerooms clean and tidy after their fixture(s). All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided and the changerooms are to be swept when your club has finished playing for the day.
Please note for home fixtures, our Men’s and Women’s 1st Grade sides play back-to-back as part of ‘Spirit Super Saturdays’. Accordingly, the away change room process is:
- Women’s U23 team have access from 11.30am
- Women’s 1st Grade team use the change room until half-time team talks. At this point, they must exit and clear the change room, so the men’s teams can enter
- At the end of the Women’s 1st Grade game, the men’s team will be warming up on the field, so the women’s team can go back into the change room to change as required
If you have any questions on Saturday, please ask for Senior Manager Bruce Macfadyen.
Canteen:
Our canteen is open all weekend and features a wide range of hot & cold food and drinks.
Warm-ups:
For the first match of a scheduled matchday, teams are permitted to warm up using the synthetic field surface. When there are matches being played, the teams playing in the following match are permitted to warm up on the external perimeter of the field, provided they are wearing bibs or alternate jerseys that do not clash with the kits of the teams playing.
How to get here:
By train: The easiest way to reach us is via the Macquarie University train station, which is also accessible by the Metro. With Christie Park being less than a 15 minute walk from the station, this is the most popular form of public transport used by our local players.
By bus: If you want to get the bus to Christie Park, Talavera Road has two fully-accessible bus stops less than a five minute walk from the ground.
By car: Parking is available in the accompanying Christie Park car park. Parking is restricted to 2 hours on weekdays between 8am and 6pm, however there are no parking restrictions on weekends. These time limits are enforced by City of Ryde council. When multiple fixtures are being played (e.g. JDL and Youth League games running concurrently on both fields), car park access may be slow. We recommend parking on Talavera Road during these times.
